items from our fan shop are supplied on the basis of our German-language Terms and Conditions. Available items will be dispatched within 5 working days after the payment order is placed with the transferring bank (for advance payment) or after the contract is concluded (for cash on delivery). For deliveries within Germany, the purchase price may be paid either in advance or by cash on delivery. Deliveries outside Germany can only be made against advance payment by bank transfer.

We charge 5,30 EUR for delivery within Germany and 8,10 EUR for delivery to other European countries; delivery charges outside Europe are calculated according to the costs incurred. Cash-on-delivery orders incur an additional charge of 7,60 EUR. Charges for bulky items are calculated according to the costs incurred. The statutory warranty for defects applies to the items supplied.
