§ 11 Consent to data processing

  1. We store the data you provide for the purpose of performing the contract, including disclosure to delivery companies, for example.
  2. You consent to our collecting, storing and processing your personal data for the purpose of managing customer relations, e.g. to inform you about offers that may be of interest to you, in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act, the German Telemedia Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, collect, store and process them.
  3. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1), sentence 1, points (a) and (b), of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  4. When processing data, your legitimate interests will always be taken into account in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
  5. The data will be stored for the duration of the business relationship between you and us, which includes the sending of newsletters.
  6. You have the right to:
    1. withdraw consent previously given to us at any time. This means that we may no longer continue any data processing based on that consent in future;
    2. request information, free of charge, about your personal data processed by us;
    3. request, without delay and free of charge, the rectification of inaccurate personal data stored by us or the completion of incomplete data;
    4. request the erasure of your personal data stored by us or restriction of its processing in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions;
    5. receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or request that it be transmitted to another controller; and
    6. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR.

  10. Performance of the contract is not conditional on consent to the processing of personal data that is not required for performance of the contract.
  11. The customer has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal may be communicated to us in the same form in which the customer gave consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
