§ 11 Consent to data use

  1. We store the data you transmit for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, e.g., to delivery companies.
  2. You consent to us collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for customer relationship management, e.g., to inform you about offers relevant to your interests, in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act, the German Telemedia Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation.
  3. The legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (1) (a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  4. When processing data, your legitimate interests will always be taken into account in accordance with legal provisions.
  5. The data will be stored for the duration of the business relationship between us and you, which also includes newsletter delivery.
  6. You have the right to:
    1. revoke your consent at any time. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future;
    2. request free information about your personal data processed by us;
    3. request the immediate and free correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;
    4. request the erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data stored by us in accordance with legal provisions;
    5. receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller; and
    6. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.

  10. The fulfillment of the contract is not dependent on consent to the processing of personal data that is not necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
  11. The customer has the right to revoke their consent at any time. The revocation can be declared to us in the same form in which the customer gave consent. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
