Dear Customer,
The delivery of items from our fan shop is subject to our general terms and conditions. Deliverable items will be shipped within 5 business days after the payment order has been placed with the transferring credit institution (for advance payment) or after the contract has been concluded (for cash on delivery). For deliveries within Germany, payment can be made either by cash on delivery or in advance. Delivery of goods abroad is only possible against advance payment by bank transfer.
For shipping within Germany, we charge 5.30 EUR; shipping to other European countries costs 8.10 EUR - shipping costs outside Europe depend on the effort involved. For cash on delivery, additional costs of 7.60 EUR apply. Bulky goods are charged according to effort. The statutory warranty for defects applies to the delivered items.
